No, we do not offer mail pick up in person.

Where does my mail go?

All your mails and packages are received and stored at our mailbox address.You have then an option to select if you wish your mail to be forwarded, shredded or recycled.

 No, you do not require any additional hardware or software. Simply login to your account via our secure cloud.

Our mail forwarding service ensures that you receive only the packages and letters you really want. You simply choose which items you want, where and when you want them sent, and we will forward them on to you at any destination in the world.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we are happy to serve you internationally. But for packages, there might be taxes and duty fees involved which must be paid by the customer.

Yes, we accept both mail and packages. Staff will scan the label on a package or the front of a letter and send you an email alert, so you can decide how you want them to handle your mail. It is limited to one package at any point of time and below the size of maximum length of 1 meter, maximum girth 250 cm and maximum weight 10kg.

We receive mail and packages only from certified couriers.

What package do you not accept?

We do not accept packages weighing more than 10kg, with the longest side exceeding 100cm (39.5"), or a second-longest side exceeding 76cm (30").

 All mail disposed of in our facility is recycled. However, if there are any documents you wish to discard that contain sensitive information, you have the option of shredding it instead.

Your mail is stored for up to 6 months. Free storage for 30 days, then additional costs apply.

 A virtual mailbox is much safer and more secure than a standard mailing address. Getting mails virtually is safe as all the data handled by the virtual mailbox is encrypted and accessible only by the recipient.

A P.O box is just a mailing address whereas a virtual mailbox gives you a physical real street address.

Which is better a P.O box or a virtual mailbox?

 P.O boxes give access to its users limited to office business hours whereas with a virtual mailbox you have unlimited access to your mails. You can check your mail at anytime and take action from anywhere.

Yes, some customers use our mailbox address to register their businesses. You can use it for your business or personal use.

Yes, as long as your staff members are added as recipients to your account.

We require payment via credit cards. We do not take payment via check, money order, Western Union, or wire transfer at this time.

What is your refund policy?

 All fees for Services are subject to change at any time, and once paid, are non-refundable.

Once you cancel your account with us, OneWorld Mailbox will not store or receive any new mails addressed to you or your recipients and all mails received will be sent back to the sender. If you have specific questions, please contact us.
